What to send us
Complete, readable files
Files of your logbook pages that you make yourself, however you like, or electronic records you export yourself. We work only from the files you send, and we don’t require any particular app, device or setting.
The whole page, readable
Every edge of the page visible, including the column headings and the totals at the bottom, and the writing easy to read.
Every page, in order
Include pages with only totals or remarks. For two-page spreads, send both pages.
Upload with your private link, or email us
We email you a private upload link with your signed agreement. We recommend it: it’s encrypted and has no size limit. You can also email your files to [email protected], but email isn’t always encrypted and attachments over about 25 MB may not arrive. The email with your quote lists the file types we accept.
